Use of your personal data.
The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes that are necessary for the service you request:
  • To fulfill our obligations to you and to the adult or minor with intellectual or functional disabilities for whom you contract the service, in order to provide you with comprehensive development alternatives with complete satisfaction.
  • To develop an appropriate and personalized activity plan for each resident.
  • For collection and billing purposes for services provided.
  • To inform you of the opening of workshops, courses, camps and any activity that Huakal offers you.
Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but that allow us and facilitate providing you with better service:

Personal data we collect.
In order to carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we require obtaining the following personal data:

Full name, Email, Address, Landline and cell phone number, RFC, Nationality, Age, proof of address, copy of official identification, IFE/INE or passport, and emergency contacts full name, phone number.

Full name, age, date and place of birth, nationality and photograph.
Your personal data will be collected by telephone, by email or through our website.
Sensitive personal data.
In addition to the personal data mentioned above, for the purposes reported in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data considered sensitive, which require special protection:

Asset, financial and employment data.

Diseases or medical conditions you have, allergies, medications you take, their schedule, blood group type and family medical history.
Transmission of personal data.
HUAKAL will not sell or rent the personal data obtained. Nor will it share personal data with a third party, except when required by court order and in compliance with legal provisions.
Protection of Personal Data.
We inform you that it is of special interest to take care of the personal information of minors and persons under interdiction and with different capacities in terms of the law, through the establishment of measures, so that after the information is collected, HUAKAL will make the best effort to protect your personal data and will do everything possible to safeguard the security of the same, through administrative, technical and physical measures, to avoid its damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure.
ARCO Rights: Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition of your personal data.
You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use we give it (Access). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided for in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). Your request must contain the following information:
  1. Name of the owner of the personal data.
  2. Email or address to notify you of the response to your request.
  3. A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you wish to exercise any of the rights.
  4. The right(s) you wish to exercise over the personal data described (Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition).
  5. Any other element, document or information that facilitates the location of personal data.
  6. In the case of requests for rectification, you must indicate, in addition to what is indicated above, the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting the correction or update of your personal data.
Once your request has been received by any of the aforementioned means, HUAKAL will inform you whether or not your request was admissible and the reasons for the above, within a period not to exceed 15 business days. In the event that your request has been admissible, HUAKAL will grant you access to your personal data, carry out its rectification, cancellation or termination of the use of the same, informing you through the email address you have provided for this purpose or, if applicable, by telephone.
